are you stuck working jobs that you don't like, are forced to do things that you love for free just so in years an epic amount of time will turn into a pay job, and are for all intensive purposes kept back and have a harder time getting by. don't worry your not alone. most statistics point to employment hardships of most people and most statistics point to most jobs being impossibly hard and wages that simply don't cut it.

most importantly don't panic

its easy to get lost in the reality of the situation. instead of panicking maneuver your self into situations that benefit yourself more like starting your own business while working, networking your self into new and better jobs, changing geography to a place that offers more jobs in your expertise for more money, and thinking of alternative roads that in the end will benefit your life, enhance your soul, and have you working less for more money.


a good goal to have is not to work

a friend of mine told me that there are those that work and those that don't. another mentor of mine said that people who are truly wealthy never have to work and that was how he defined wealth. realize finding ways not to work is not being egotistical lazy or selfish but rather the ultimate expression of self love, respect, and rational belief. people who don't work have the time to devote to them selves others and the world. they take their opportunity to enjoy life and help others. never be ashamed to set goals and succeed at them.


how are ways to increase income on the job that can be applied to the i never want to work again fund?

1. communicate with your boss your desires, needs goals and objectives. tell your boss what you would do with a raise or a bonus if you got that. tell your boss that you will be responsible with the money as well using it for savings, investment, and your own business ventures. be assertive because most studies on communication show that assertive people get what they need more often then non assertive people regardless period. point your toes at the boss when talking then when the boss gives needy communication point your toes away from the boss. this non verbal communication trick will allow you to manipulate the situation non verbally. most communication is non verbal so practice everything and study up on non verbal communication.

2. don't work harder rather work harder at being a leader by: leading by example, sharing your ideas with your coworkers and boss, presenting new and more efficient ways of doing something better, complimenting people when they do something right, and through effective communication which is key.

3. you are in a competition. this is a fact but never compete aggressively this will only back fire. the most effective competitors are passive aggressive and actually work less and show less interest on the job. what they have is consistency and are already open so pot shots are meaningless to people who don't care. they become invisible and impossible for the boss or coworkers to target. people like these people and they are considered CEO material think a seven plus figure income a mansion and a giant office complete with a marble desk and fridge a lazy boy recliner etc you made it baby!!!!!!!!

4. get your sleep. sleep is the secret weapon to being effective on the job and in life because it recharges the mind and refreshes the body. studies show that people who consistently sleep are happier, and healthier. invest in your self first then invest in your life

5. find mentors off and on the job. mentors are people who will guide you in life push you and pull you and expand your mind comfort zone and your idea of what is possible in life. mentors don't always say positive things rather they are honest but they will always be quick to point out what you do well and will show you game plans to live a happier life. mentors are always humble and lead by example listen and are empathetic aka they understand your deal

6. don't listen to societies messages. society is full of train wrecks and people who don't know up from down. in a world of forced conformity and lies the truth often lies in the strangest places. keep your mind open to new people experiences places and things. change and change and change relax and accept chaos feel the energy and take it make millions billions and trillions in reality any one can do it in a day but society gives use these voices that say its impossible
